Experience: 8 years experience with Pega LSA / SSA certification is mandatory (Strong Pega) .
Should have extensive hands-on experience in the Pega concepts of: Case Management Data Management Integration Agents/Job scheduler & processor Flows Functions UI rules Security Performance Optimization and Debugging tools.
Should have experience in providing scalable solutions.
Ability to work with other interfacing teams for Designing and Solutioning Complex problems.
Help other team members in the team wherever support is required.
Java/Coding experience is an added value.
Having worked on any framework will be added advantage
