Job Summary
Position Description:
Skills Required:
1. Hands-on engineer with expertise in developing complex and highly available enterprise applications using PEGA
2. Responsible for technical aspects of software engineering including design developing prototypes and coding assignments
3. Establish and accepts responsibility for engineering practices across teams.
4. Drives the teams technical improvements and roadmap.
5. Nurture an environment of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring feedback and metrics.
6. Maintain excellent documentation for the software design and architecture.
7. Review Product features and ensure it in line with platform architecture and standards.
8. Collaborating with architects product owners delivery managers engineers and other scrum teams to deliver a quality product.
9. Encouraging innovation implementation of cutting-edge technologies inclusion outside-of-the-box thinking teamwork self-organization and diversity.
10. Extensive experience in object-oriented design and client-side UI/UX React framework
Qualifications:
1. 5 years of work experience developing complex and highly available applications.
2. Experience delivering advanced solutions for a high-volume distributed web application.
3. Experience with various architectures: Domain Driven Design Microservices Cloud Native and Event Driven Architecture.
4. Strong proficiency in building component-based applications with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
5. Experience with testing: Unit Testing Test Driven Development.
6. Experience with Constellation experience
7. Experienced in utilizing Grafana Jaeger Splunk to monitor and troubleshooting application systems.
8. Experience in using SQL databases and distributed messaging systems like Kafka etc.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
