About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the companys end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Ensure fulfillment of manpower needs according to the Manpower Plan or ad-hoc requirements.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities career centers and communities to strengthen the candidate pipeline.
- Plan employee development programs such as training seminars and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor the execution and effectiveness of all employee development initiatives.
- Supervise and ensure the accuracy and updating of all physical and digital employee data.
- Oversee the operation maintenance and improvement of the HRIS system.
- Develop employer branding strategies and monitor their implementation.
- Create and manage policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Oversee the issuance of employee acceptance promotion and transfer letters.
- Organize the KPI process and performance evaluation across all departments.
- Ensure performance reviews are conducted and completed according to the established timeline.
- Supervise coach and support the entire Human Capital team
- Define & negotiate manpower requirements with all divisions.
- Execute recruitment processes according to agreed manpower needs.
- Plan and carry out training programs.
- Propose and implement employee development initiatives.
- Manage employee data from recruitment to termination for specific job levels
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree (preferably in Psychology or Management)
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Experience in HR Generalist Recruitment and People Development is preferred.
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic planning and problem-solving ability.
- Familiar with HRIS systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments
