As a Branch Manager In Training youll work closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales support operational excellence and develop your teammates positioning yourself for future advancement into branch leadership.
What Youll Do:
Lead and Grow
Drive branch sales performance through superior service product knowledge and proactive customer engagement
Support the development training and motivation of associates to help them succeed
Build lasting customer relationships and expand the branchs network
Protect and Improve
Ensure operational standards are met to safeguard company assets and inventory
Maintain an organized and customer-ready showroom and warehouse environment
Assist in monitoring expenses managing stock levels and supporting efficient logistics
Be Hands-On
Partner in all aspects of operations counter sales order processing merchandising and warehouse activities
Learn and apply best practices for safety compliance and operational procedures
Serve as a go-to support for both customers and team members

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $45k-55k Bonus Eligible
