Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water fire mold storm or other disasters. We are a fast-paced company dedicated to providing timely high-quality services to property owners in need. Were looking for a reliable detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations with opportunities to grow and advance as your skills and responsibilities expand.
The Part-Time Office Assistant will play an important role in keeping our office organized efficient and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful comfortable learning new software quickly and experienced with bookkeeping and collections. Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. The ideal candidate will be available 2-3 of those days/hours up to 6 hours each day.
