About the Role

As a Digital Product Support Specialist youll be the first point of contact for customers providing expert support for Hibus suite of digital products. Youll troubleshoot issues make updates and ensure our clients online presence is optimized.

Were looking for candidates withat least 1 year of professional customer service experience preferably in a call center tech support or client-facing role. If youve worked in a fast-paced environment where empathy communication and problem-solving were keythis is your next career move.

What is Hibu (Watch in 60 seconds): Youll Do

  • Answer customer calls and emails to gather details to understand diagnose and resolve their concerns
  • Support Hibus full suite of digital products: Websites Listings Reviews Reputation Management Search Display Ads SEO and Social
  • Assist customers with updates and changes to their digital products within defined guidelines
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using internal tools and documentation
  • Handle post-live support including billing inquiries performance analytics and campaign adjustments
  • Document client interactions and resolutions in our client relationship manager
  • Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and sales reps to ensure customer satisfaction

What Youll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience(call center or tech support preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to change
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
