Role: Marketing Operations Manager - GTM Engineer

Role description:
- Foundational role in marketing operations and GTM engineering
- Build the GTM engine from scratch
- End-to-end ownership of HubSpot setup data models workflows lead routing and CRM hygiene
- Implement automation using n8n Zapier or similar to connect tools and data sources
- Create automated enrichment flows using tools like Leadinfo
- Build full funnel reporting dashboards focused on revenue attribution
- Improve speed to lead and support outbound motions
- Define data flows lifecycle touchpoints and scalable GTM architecture

Must haves:
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing operations
- Experience in B2B or B2C tech
- Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise
- Strong automation experience with n8n Zapier or Make
- Understanding of APIs JSON and data structures
- Proven track record of building systems from scratch
Nice to haves:
- Experience with analytics tools like Looker Tableau or Mixpanel
- Background in HubSpot agencies or Series B or C scale-ups
