Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development from research and discovery to launch and measurement.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with design engineering data science and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex problems and identify high-leverage opportunities.

  • Engage hands-on with data and AI supporting model development and data analysis to accelerate learning.

  • Champion intuitive elegant design and ensure exceptional user experiences.

  • Validate ideas through rapid experimentation user testing and data-driven insights.

  • Leverage modern AI tools to amplify team productivity and velocity.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration high performance and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience building data-driven products.

  • Proficiency in Python SQL and data science libraries (e.g. Pandas NumPy).

  • Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g. Scikit-learn TensorFlow).

  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts ETL processes and cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake Databricks).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related field.

  • Experience in healthcare data and familiarity with clinical coding standards and interoperability formats.

  • Proficiency with BI tools and data visualization (e.g. Power BI Matplotlib).

  • Background in enterprise risk management within health insurance.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of 131900 - 219900 USD / yearly depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
