Office Manager (mfd)
Job Summary
Your mission
- Be the first point of contact for all things office - from correspondence to communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of Health & Safety and Security including coordination of external providers maintaining compliance documentation and ensuring the office meets all relevant workplace Health & Safety regulations
- Work closely with facility management - liaising with the landlord and scheduling maintenance or external services
- Manage business travel policies booking tools supplier negotiations
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings - keeping our culture vibrant and connected
- Partner with the People & Culture team to make onboarding smooth and memorable for every new joiner
- Handle procurement for office supplies and manage service providers to keep everything running
Your profile
Youre someone who loves keeping things running smoothly thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in helping others succeed. Youre proactive solution-driven and always one step ahead when it comes to what the office - and the people in it - need.
What you bring:
Several years of experience in office management administration or a similar role in a dynamic environment
Solid understanding of Health & Safety standards and facility coordination
Great organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
Confident using Google Workspace and/or MS Office; experience with travel tools is a plus
Comfortable managing suppliers budgets and operational processes end-to-end
You communicate confidently in both German and English written and spoken
