Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts: Daylight (7:00 AM 7:00 PM) / Nightshift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Rotating schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 2 days off.
- You do not rotate shifts. You either work daylight or nightshift.
- Work a total of 15 days per month with every other weekend off.
Starting Wage: $22.50/hour
Summary:
The Mold Maintenance/Mold Setter Technician will work with the Lead Technician and Maintenance crew maintaining molds and machines to keep production efficiencies at a high level. This is considered an entry-level position in the Maintenance department with many opportunities for advancement and higher pay.
Duties:
- Mold maintenance (clean lube and inspect molds in the machine)
- Restart machines already in production
- Assist with pulling and setting molds
- Keep shop and auxiliary area clean and organized
- Keep machines robots platforms and auxiliary equipment cleaned
- Keep the floor free of debris oil and other liquids
- Maintain machine chutes and part containment
- Minor machine maintenance (oil levels and greasers filled)
- Continuing online training for more technical positions
- Duties and tasks to be assigned by Lead Tech or Manager
- Follow all Keter Safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Will be required to complete online training with strong understanding of machine and mold components and their functions.
- Ability to calmly communicate with other associates in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of frequent climbing and heavy lifting
- Must have own tools
- Basic computer reading writing and arithmetic skills required.
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Must have good attendance and policy record. (Internal applicants must have less than 2 points)
- Must have good work ethic & time management skills.
- Must be able to work as a team.
- Must be self-motivated
