Job Summary
You perform a wide range of duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain the propertys facilities and equipment ensuring a safe comfortable and fully functional environment for our guests. You bring strong overall maintenance skills and a willingness to learn the unique features of our property contributing to memorable experiences for our owners guests and colleagues.

What you will be doing
- Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on the propertys facilities and equipment ensuring consistent operation of heat steam electric power gas and air systems.
- Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks including painting plumbing electrical work and general building upkeep.
- Inspect all property areas for safety concerns and take immediate corrective action as needed.
- Schedule repair maintenance and installation of machines tools and equipment.
- Perform pool and spa maintenance.
- Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly informative and helpful manner.
Qualifications :
- Relevant building maintenance experience is required
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities able to work well as part of a team
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Previous experience with painting plumbing electrical wiring and pool/spa maintenance

Hourly: $22.62/hr
