Job Summary
About the Department
The Development Team at Duett includes members from across Norway and Poland. Despite being in different locations we work closely together and continuously strive to improve our agile development practices. We collaborate closely with the QA team UI/UX designers support and product management.
Role Objective
We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer for Taskline a Norwegian SaaS product used by accounting firms to manage tasks compliance (KYC/AML) quality and billing. You will design develop and improve the product across the full software lifecycle together with our teams in Poland and Norway.
Key Responsibilities
- Design implement test deploy and maintain Taskline services
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product QA and UI/UX
- Share knowledge within and across teams
- Contribute to high-quality development practices and documentation
Your Experience
- A strong startup mindset with proactive ownership and a rapid solution-oriented response to emerging challenges.
- Proven experience owning features or services end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring in production.
- Solid understanding of software security best practices (authentication/authorization OWASP basics secure data handling).
- Experience with automated testing (unit integration and/or end-to-end) and a strong testing mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams
- 5 years of professional software development experience
Strong experience with:
- ( / NestJS)
- Angular (Angular Material)
- Relational Databases (MySQL) and Redis
- Good understanding of CI/CD scalability and secure API integrations
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Cloud experience - Azure is a strong advantage
- Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
Bonus Skills
- Experience with open banking KYC/AML integrations
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools or building small internal automations/agents is a plus.
