Responsibilities

Develop and manage local advertising channels in Spanish-speaking regions including negotiations and cooperation with KOLs media and social platforms.
Formulate and execute efficient localized advertising strategies ensuring rational allocation of budget and return on investment.
Establish and operate official communities on platforms such as Telegram and X plan localized activities to drive user growth and interaction and build corresponding capabilities for the communities to bear advertising traffic.
Act as a brand ambassador collect local user feedback and market insights and synchronize them with the international team to optimize strategies.
Deeply understand local culture user habits and market dynamics to ensure all operational activities are precise and effective.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Economics Marketing or related fields.
Experience in community operations or cryptocurrency exchanges is preferred.
Have a strong interest and basic understanding of blockchain cryptocurrency and Web3.
Familiar with data-driven decision-making able to work efficiently independently in a remote environment and across time zones.
Possess relevant work experience in digital marketing advertising sales or community operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a self-driven entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
