We are recruiting a talented Year 3 Teacher to join a thriving school in Harrow. This Year 3 Teacher role begins in January 2026 with a detailed induction and structured handover provided before January 2026 to ensure a confident and effective start.
Position details
- Role: Year 3 Teacher

- Start date: January 2026
- Contract: Full-time permanent
The Year 3 Teacher will design and deliver engaging knowledge-rich lessons that support pupils transition into Key Stage 2. As a Year 3 Teacher you will develop pupils reading fluency writing stamina and mathematical reasoning. Working in Harrow the Year 3 Teacher will also lead small-group interventions and track progress using high-quality assessment practice.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver structured Year 3 lessons across the lower KS2 curriculum
- Lead guided reading and writing development sessions
- Monitor attainment and plan targeted support
- Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and phase colleagues
- Build strong relationships with families in Harrow
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience within KS2
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Available to start January 2026
