Your mission:
This role reports directly to the Corporate Quality Computer Systems Manager. As the Corporate Serialization Specialist you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships across the organization. Through these collaborations you will ensure that serialization activities remain compliant with international regulations directly supporting global operations and upholding the companys commitment to regulatory standards and operational excellence.
Your major accountabilities:
As a Corporate Serialization Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of the companys serialization systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all systems adhere to global regulatory requirements and that the company remains up to date with evolving compliance standards.
- You will oversee and monitor both national and international serialization compliance regulations identifying and mitigating potential risks across different markets. Staying informed of any regulatory changes you will ensure that systems consistently meet the required standards.
- Your technical expertise will be essential in guaranteeing seamless system integration. You will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise collaborating closely with affiliates and stakeholders. This cooperation is key to upholding global standards and optimizing operational processes.
- In this position you will manage invoice processing and budget tracking related to serialization systems and local repositories. This ensures financial compliance and allows for the optimal allocation of resources within the scope of your responsibilities.
- You will be expected to maintain comprehensive compliance documentation. By doing so you will ensure that all serialization processes are fully standardized and consistently aligned with established regulatory protocols.
- As the primary contact for serialization alertssuch as those related to EMVO-AMS or UAE systems you will be responsible for ensuring timely issue resolution. This is vital for maintaining uninterrupted product supply across all markets.
- Support internal department projects with a special focus on assisting the Computer Maintenance Manager.
We would like you to have:
- Bachelors/masters degree in Pharmacy Engineering or a similar science field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in pharmaceutical serialization/quality roles.
- Strong knowledge of EU FMD and international regulations.
- Experience with Trace- link or similar TTS platforms.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- MS Office proficiency: SAP experience preferred; GxP Knowledge.
