Washington Legal Group is seeking an experiencedPersonal Injury Litigation Paralegalto support our fast-paced client-focused PI practice. This is anon-siterole in our Atlanta GA office working closely with attorneys to manage litigation cases from discovery through trial.

We are looking for someone who is organized proactive detail-driven and committed to delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities:

Manage PI litigation files from pre-suit through trial preparation
Draft and file pleadings motions discovery requests and responses
Coordinate depositions mediations hearings and trial calendars
Request review and summarize medical records and bills
Maintain deadlines and attorney calendars using case management software
Communicate professionally with clients insurance adjusters experts medical providers and court staff
Assist attorneys with trial prep exhibits and document production
Maintain organized digital and physical case files

Qualifications:

3 years of Personal Injury litigation paralegal experience required
Strong knowledge of Georgia state court rules and filing procedures
Proficient with legal software Microsoft Office and case management systems
Excellent writing drafting and proofreading skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and meet strict deadlines
Strong communication skills and professional client-facing demeanor
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
