Job Summary

Looking for a System Analyst to analyze system requirements improve system performance and support technical teams in delivering efficient and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document system and technical requirements.
Analyze system workflows integrations and performance issues.
Collaborate with developers QA and stakeholders on solution design.
Create system diagrams data flows and technical documentation.
Support Agile processes and track tasks in Jira.
Perform system testing troubleshoot defects and support UAT.
Prepare system reports release notes and status updates.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
1 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
Knowledge of system architecture APIs and SDLC.
Experience with SQL and troubleshooting tools.
Strong communication analytical and documentation skills.
