Job Summary

Job Title: Product Owner
Job Location: Remote/ NJ/ St. Louis/Dallas.
Job Type: Contract

Must have Amazon Connect & consulting & healthcare with call center experience.

Job Description:

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Information Systems Business or a related field.
3 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a healthcare setting with hands-on involvement in call center operations or technologies.
Understanding of healthcare workflows including patient access referral management appointment scheduling and post-visit follow-up.
Experience with contact center platforms (e.g. Avaya Genesys Five9 NICE Cisco) or CRM systems integrated with call centers.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements like HIPAA CMS guidelines and patient data privacy.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and use of tools like Jira Confluence Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
