Position: Project/Program Manager II (Public Relations Manager)

Job Description:
- The Client is seeking a results-driven PR specialist to join the Fire TV PR team.
- This role is central to our communications strategy and will focus on showing press and influencers how Fire TV helps customers find what they want to watch fast-through our best-in-class search extensive content selection and Alexa integration.
- Youll work directly with product teams to identify compelling stories worth telling and find the right channels to tell them on even if that means experimenting with new approaches.
- The ideal candidate can translate product features into customer benefits that resonate has a proven record of securing coverage that drives results and is excited to work with a team thats transforming entertainment.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead PR strategy for feature launches across the Fire TV portfolio.
- Story tell about the value of new features through earned owned paid and social channels.
- Collaborate with product marketing and engineering teams to identify and highlight the most newsworthy aspects of our features.
- Design and implement creative always-on PR campaigns that raise awareness of Fire TV amongst target customers.
- Develop a cadence of strategic media opportunities to maintain Fire TVs presence in relevant conversations.

Basic qualifications
- 5 years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
- Bachelors degree
- Strong media relations skills with a track record of securing positive coverage- PR can point to client x and contractor works with reporters that got hired in news channels.
- Be able to do outlook word.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in the consumer electronics or streaming media industry
- Ability to translate complex technical features into compelling customer stories
- Experience working in a fast-paced high-growth environment
