Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain workstations and machinery according to procedures.

Perform machine changeovers and setups ensuring correct parts and efficient assembly.

Verify machine components and report maintenance issues.

Handle bulk material in line with GMP requirements.

Ensure correct fill volumes are achieved and maintained as per quality standards.

Verify balances for pack sizes being filled.

Complete all in-process documentation accurately.

Reconcile jobs and ensure proper document control.

Meet performance targets including on-time delivery equipment efficiency hygiene standards and customer satisfaction.
