Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
1) Customer service
Greet customers politely and provide friendly efficient service.
Assist customers with inquiries about products fuel and service.
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
2) Cash Handling
Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately.
Process cash card and mobile payments securely.
Issue correct change receipts and invoices.
Reconcile cash at the end of each shift and balance the till.
3) Sales and Product Knowledge
Promote store specials fuel deals and loyalty programs
Assist with sales of convenience store items carcare products and refreshments.
Keep updated on current prices and promotions.
Stock and Merchandising.
Assist in restocking shelves and fridges as needed.
Ensure products are neatly displayed and priced correctly.
Report low stock or damaged to the supervisor or manager.
Safety and Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of the counter and work area.
Adhere to health safety and hygiene standards in the Fourcou
