TheBusiness Analyst will be responsible for the following key tasks: ProcessAnalysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of the current business processes withinthe OSFM Emergency Response Unit. WorkflowMapping: Develop detailed workflow maps to visually represent the existingprocesses and identify areas for improvement. StakeholderInterviews: Facilitate interviews and workshops with key stakeholders to gatherrequirements and insights on current processes. Documentation:Create comprehensive documentation of the business processes includingflowcharts process descriptions and any relevant data. GapAnalysis: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the current processes and proposerecommendations for optimization. Objectives Theprimary objectives of this project include: Mappingcurrent processes with the Emergency Response division with a focus on themutual aid tracking and reimbursement processes. Providinga clear understanding of current business processes to all stakeholders. Capturinga desired future state for business processes Identifyingand addressing any gaps or inefficiencies in the current processes. Developingdetailed and accurate workflow maps for process optimization. Determiningthe set of requirements to meet the desired future state Deliverables TheBusiness Analyst will deliver the following: ProcessAnalysis Report: A comprehensive report detailing the findings from the processanalysis. WorkflowMaps: Visual representations of the current business processes. StakeholderInterview Summaries: Documentation of insights and requirements gathered fromstakeholders. GapAnalysis Report: A report identifying gaps and inefficiencies in the currentprocesses along with recommended solutions.
