About the role

Ventia are seeking full-time Car Detailers where youll be responsible for conducting thorough inspections detailing and maintenance of company fleet & military vehicles on the Defence site located in Bandiana.

Based in the Albury Wodonga Military area youll perform detailed cleaning and maintenance prepare inspection reports and implement quality assurance processes to keep vehicles in pristine condition.
You will be working closely with military personnel to understand their needs coordinate repairs manage inventory and troubleshoot where needed while ensuring you maintain a safe organised work environment in line with Defence regulations.

About you

• 1-2 years experience in Car detailing and maintenance of vehicles in a similar role
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and inspection tools
• Expertise in detailing techniques and compliance with safety standards
• Experience in defence regulations and safety standards highly desired
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Respectful and inclusive approach to working with diverse communities
• You take pride in delivering high-quality work safely and reliably.
• You follow established procedures actively look out for your teammates and understand that safety is a shared responsibility.
• You contribute to a culture where safety incidents near misses and hazards are reported promptly and constructively.
• Current Australian drivers licence.
• Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police.
