Design implement and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and Succession Management modules.
Manage the efficient and effective operation of the LMS ensuring system stability accuracy and user satisfaction.
Perform end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration including configuration maintenance and troubleshooting.
Support LMS reporting including PRD reporting and assist in the design and development of custom reports using PRD tools.
Work on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules and ensure seamless data flow.
Participate in at least one full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation or support multiple SuccessFactors engagements.
What You Bring to the Table:
68 years of relevant experience as a Functional Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Succession Management; multiple SuccessFactors certifications are a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems including exposure to validated LMS environments.
Strong expertise in LMS reporting including PRD reporting tools.
Proven experience working with SuccessFactors integrations across modules.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
Translate business needs into functional designs and system configurations.
Support development and validation of custom LMS reports.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing operational support.
