Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations using Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory / Zoho Expense

Record journal entries invoices bills and payments accurately

Handle bank and account reconciliation monthly

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9) accurately and on time

Handle TDS calculations deductions payments and filing of quarterly TDS returns

Conduct monthly bank and ledger reconciliation

Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable

Assist in preparing financial reports balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce

23 years of experience in an accounting role

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books

Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards

Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools

Good communication and documentation skills.
