Hiring: Tele sales Professionals Consumer Finance & Digital Services
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for closing sales. The role involves selling consumer finance and digital products to walk-in and telecalling customers through a structured and consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for consumer finance insurance concept selling and loan products
Clearly explain product details & benefits in Hindi (basic English understanding required)
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads effectively
Provide excellent customer interaction and confidently handle objections
Maintain accurate call logs and lead records
Requirements
1 year of telesales experience
Any Undergraduate/Graduate can apply
Preferred industry experience:
Consumer Finance
Insurance
Banking Loans
NBFC Telesales
Home Credit / Pine Labs / similar financial services
Strong command over Hindi
Female candidates preferred
Immediate joiners (or up to 1-week notice period)
