We are looking for a proactive and motivated Seller Onboarding Executive to onboard sellers to our e-commerce platform. The role includes identifying potential sellers connecting with them explaining the platform benefits and supporting them throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential sellers through social media Google searches and online directories.
Contact sellers via phone or WhatsApp and clearly explain platform benefits.
Collect basic seller details confirm their interest and maintain regular follow-ups.
Guide sellers through the registration process KYC submission (PAN GST bank details) and account setup.
Assist sellers with basic product listing and ensure they complete the onboarding process.
Maintain daily trackers for leads follow-ups and onboarding progress.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth seller activation and provide necessary support.
Ensure a consistent onboarding pipeline and build strong relationships with sellers.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any field
Hindi fluency is mandatory (speaking & understanding)
Basic to intermediate English skills (reading writing typing)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic online research ability (Google social media)
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
