Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Monitor progress using data-driven methods
Provide parent training and ongoing clinical guidance
Maintain ethical high-quality ABA service delivery
Collaborate with leadership on client outcomes
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Masters degree in ABA Psychology Special Education or a related field
Strong documentation communication and leadership skills
Experience supervising RBTs preferred
Ethical practice aligned with BACB standards
Clinic-based ABA experience preferred
