Harbor Chevrolet is expanding our Internet Sales Department and looking for a motivated professional and customer-focused Internet Salesperson to join our team. Position: Internet Salesperson
Location: Harbor Chevrolet Long Beach CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
What Youll Do
Respond quickly and professionally to all online leads via phone text and email
Set and confirm appointments for in-store visits
Assist customers with vehicle information pricing availability and purchase options
Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
Follow up with unsold leads and past customers
Update CRM notes with accuracy and detail
Work closely with management to maximize closing ratios and monthly performance
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Professional positive and customer-first attitude
Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high lead volume
CRM experience preferred (VinSolutions a plus)
Automotive experience NOT requiredwe can train the right person
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
