Reports To: Head of FP&A

Location: Buckhead Atlanta

Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum 3x/week in their local office. We welcome employees to utilize office space more than that where possible.

The Role

World 50 Group is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our dynamic accounting and finance team. This critical role reports directly to the Head of FP&A with significant exposure to the CFO and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing innovative organization. The FP&A Manager will lead key planning processes support commercial initiatives and provide financial thought leadership across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across the World 50 Group
• Lead FP&A support for various business units including monthly performance reviews budgeting forecasting and ad hoc analysis
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Analyze financial results identify trends and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
• Support the preparation of monthly reporting packages board materials and strategic initiative updates to the World 50 Leadership Team
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); develop dashboards to visualize business performance
• Collaborate closely with accounting to anticipate and address variances between actuals and budget
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve scale or simplify financial tools systems and processes
• Ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of financial data across reporting platforms

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
• 7 years of progressive experience in finance with a minimum of 3 years in FP&A
• Prior experience in investment banking consulting or private equity environments is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; strong PowerPoint presentation skills
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication abilities
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional team
• Experience assisting with mergers and acquisitions is beneficial
