The Opportunity:

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume the adverts you see the apps you use the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions every single one of those experiences was touched by an Adobe product.

We have a fantastic opportunity for aChannel Account Managerto join our Channel Sales Team based inParis.

Context:

Digital Media:This is a seriously exciting place to be. Our digital media business includes our creative cloud (CC) and document cloud (DC). Our objective for CC is to empower creativity for all. To achieve this were developing more web-based platforms for increased accessibility. We have free tools for content creation with premium upgrades -check out Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly. And were integrating generative AI across the CC suite of tools. DC also continues to go from strength to strength with Acrobat PDF Sign Scan and Forms. With DC were improving business efficiency and profitability whilst promoting more environmentally friendly business practice.

What youll do:

You will promote and sell Adobes groundbreaking CC and DC products through the development of strategic partnerships witha number ofFrenchDistributionPartners playing a crucial role in our mission to continue achieving double digit growth. That means that this role directly contributes to one of the most strategically meaningful areas within Adobe.

You will play a key rollon:

1. Market Development & Partner Strategy

  • Build and execute strategic business plans with key partners ensuring alignment with Adobes objectives and local market needs.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

  • Get buy-in from internal teams (sales marketingoperations) and external stakeholders (distributors resellers).
  • Orchestrate(internal & external)virtual partner teams across geographies.
  • Support partner enablement programs training and joint marketing initiatives to amplify impact.

3. Accountability & Execution

  • Ensure accountability working closely with channel partners and monitor addition analyseKPIsand adjust tactics to maximize results.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear success metrics (e.g. revenue growthretentionpartner onboarding Adobe market share expansion).
  • Provide regular business reviews market insights and recommendations to leadership.

4. Innovation & Local Relevance

  • Promote Adobes latest solutions (e.g. generative AI in CC Acrobat Sign) and adapt offerings to local needs.
  • Support partners in developing localized solutions and marketing campaigns.

What youll need to succeed:

  • 10 years of proven experience in channel sales business development and distribution management within France or the broader EMEA region.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Results-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital media SaaS and enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term relationships influence stakeholders and drive measurable results.
  • Highly organized able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
