Job Summary:

We are hiring a Business Central Support Consultant to assist users with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central focusing on problem resolution process optimization and system support. The consultant will work with customers in Malaysia and other countries ensuring smooth and effective system usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve Business Central support queries from customers in Malaysia and other countries via email ticketing system and remote access.

Respond to emails and tickets from customers on the support helpdesk and work towards resolving cases.

Document case studies and solutions in Jira to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

Manage tickets prioritize tasks and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Analyze problems investigate data and provide actionable solutions for users.

Attend handover meetings with the project team to ensure a smooth transition to support.

Perform any reasonable duties as requested from time to time.

Always work in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant or support analyst.

Strong knowledge of Finance (GL AR AP Fixed Assets) and SCM (Inventory Procurement Sales) processes.

CRM Experience

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.

Preferred / Plus Points:

Experience in Manufacturing module of Business Central.

Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Previous experience supporting multi-country customers including remote support for regions such as Australia. (Be able to accommodate AUS Time Zones)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business IT or related field.

Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
