Your opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our growing team in India. This role requires a hands-on expert in Salesforce and Service Cloud technologies with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects and providing ongoing support. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with our US team providing mentorship to local developers and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

What youll do

• Design develop test and deploy robust and scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including custom objects Apex code Lightning components Flows and Process Builder.
• Lead technical discussions define technical requirements and provide architectural guidance for Service Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate closely with our US-based team ensuring a few hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) to facilitate seamless communication and project coordination.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers in India fostering their growth and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Service Cloud projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Perform code reviews ensure code quality and maintain documentation for all technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases features and best practices.
• Participate in agile development processes including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
  

This role requires

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven expertise in Apex Lightning Components (Aura and LWC) Salesforce APIs Flows Process Builder SOQL and SOSL.
• In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud features such as Case Management Omni-Channel Service Console Live Agent Knowledge and Entitlements.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g. REST SOAP APIs).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices design patterns and governor limits.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects including requirements gathering solution design development testing and deployment.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mentorship and leadership abilities.

Bonus points if you have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
• Experience on Slack for Service Cloud Einstein for Service Agentforce are a big plus
