Job Summary

As part of the Firmwide Resiliency Office (FRO) you will contribute to a diverse and progressive organization addressing major challenges in financial services. Increased regulatory interest and real-world events such as global pandemics
As a Product Owner in the Firmwide Resiliency Office you will drive the strategy for reporting analytics and AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tools that enable data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights to our business this role you will help shape the future of resiliency and support the firms commitment to protecting clients and customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for reporting and dashboard solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to discover and define high-impact AI/ML opportunities
- Prioritize features based on business value
- Develop and maintain a product backlog aligned with overall product strategy
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Monitor and analyze product performance to enhance user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data visualization
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and technologies (such as Tableau Power BI)
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts technologies and business applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Influencing skills and effectiveness in a matrix environment
- Organizational and project management skills
- Success in supporting a team or function through significant and frequent change
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
