Role Summary

We are seeking a result driven strategic and commercially minded Head of Group Pricing Manager to lead the evolution of pricing across Euroclears global business lines and entities. This senior leadership role will shape and implement a future-ready pricing strategy that supports Euroclears competitive positioning in the financial market infrastructure space.

This senior role combines strategic development stakeholder influence and team leadership. It is pivotal in transforming pricing from a transactional function into a strategic lever that enables commercial agility supports product excellence and aligns with Euroclears long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Pricing & Optimisation
    • Define and maintain the group-wide pricing roadmap.
    • Maintain Euroclears leadership as an FMI by systematically tracking market trends and adjusting pricing strategies to strengthen its competitive positioning:
    • Lead the Group Pricing Strategy Project ensuring Euroclears pricing reflects market dynamics and positions Euroclear as a trusted and preferred Financial Market Infrastructure provider.
  • Structural and Customer-oriented pricing
    • Develop and review tariffs across services business lines and entities ensuring pricing decisions are commercially legally and technically sound.
    • Lead the preparation and strategic presentation of advanced pricing proposals to the Management Committee aligned with organisational objectives and supported by thorough market analysis and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Competitive Agility & Performance
    • Enable pricing agility to respond to market changes and competitive pressures.
    • Work with key performance indicators (volume client behaviour pricing adoption) and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Support the development of pricing tools and dashboards in collaboration with Finance and Client & Business Intelligence.
  • Transversal Collaboration
    • Ensure consistent pricing across entities and products leveraging CFVs cross-functional approach.
    • Collaborate closely with other Client Business and Strategy (CBS) divisions and Group entities acting as a bridge to align pricing strategies and practices across the organization and ensuring that pricing supports broader commercial and product excellence objectives.
  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Lead and mentor a multi-level pricing team fostering strategic thinking transversal collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Build a structured efficient and high-performing team driving the shift from operational execution to strategic development and balancing delivery with innovation.
    • Promote harmonisation of pricing practices across entities and product lines.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a trusted advisor to Product Commercial Finance Legal and Operations teams driving communication strategies for tariff changes and pricing updates.
    • Represent pricing in cross-functional forums and strategic initiatives ensuring pricing is integrated into broader business strategies and decisions

Profile

  • Masters degree in Business Finance Economics or related field
  • 810 years experience in pricing strategy and financial services
  • Strategic leader with a proven track record in transforming pricing into a growth driver
  • Market-savvy: Builds pricing roadmaps that anticipate trends and strengthen competitive edge
