Job Summary
As a Multi-store Retail Director youll oversee two to six Best Buy stores working with general managers and store employees to create excellent customer experiences and deliver strong financial results. Internally these groups of stores are known as this role youll serve an area that drives a medium volume of customer traffic. Youll identify problems unique to each location and provide appropriate solutions. To thrive in this role you must adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing environment.

- Lead and manage a retail workforce across multiple locations motivating the team to achieve their career goals while creating excellent customer experiences
- Provide strong leadership to ensure successful execution of strategy and profitable performance
- Divide your time across your micro-market to support all business areas including store online and in-home
- Recruit hire and retain a workforce where each employee feels valued safe and included
- Develop strategies and communicate your vision to direct reports in an actionable and digestible way
Basic qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business military or related fields
- 3 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in retail leadership consumer electronics or related fields
- Prior experience in multi-unit business operations
