Department Overview
The EMEA Talent Acquisition Organization supports all hiring countries in Europe the Middle East and Africa comprising nearly 40 possible hiring locations. The largest recruiting locations include Poland and the United Kingdom.
This role is based in Krakow Poland and is reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find the best talent
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization
- Provide an outstanding customer experience for all prospects and potential new employees
- Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively assess candidates
- Demonstrate excellent time management
- Providing general support for the Talent Acquisition department and related stakeholders
Basic Requirements
Proven track record of delivering high-quality pipelines for multiple complex projects (preferably in the IT area)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English
Passive candidate sourcing experience
Attention to detail
Time management with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
