Position Purpose
The SF² Network & Quality Coordinator provides leadership quality assurance management and coordination of program services. Cultivates a culture of partnerships and innovation for the organization through collaborations within and outside The Village. Creates future actions for the SF² Network.
What you will do
Partner with the SF² Network to ensure integration of services development of system of support and expansion of system of care
Engage in data driven decision making management quality improvement and planning; integrate and create efficiencies within and outside organizations; create reports that support the continuous improvement of services and ensures high quality in databases
Collaboratively develop work plans and work agreements to meet programmatic goals and objectives
Facilitate inter-agency meetings and provide training and education both internally and externally
Manage the processes and protocols for new referrals
Monitor staff performance including completion of all requisite documentation standards and ensuring corrective action if needed with the SF² Network
Contribute to agency visibility and development of community linkages by representing The Village in community groups or committees as requested
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in non-profit management social services/human services public policy child and family development or other related fields required
