We are looking for a Money Movement Banking and Lending Product Area Leader who will apply their expertise in running high-performing Product organizations in the design development and implementation of our money movement banking and lending capabilities and solutions that will deliver outstanding customer value.
You will build and advance the vision strategy and mission within the product domain ensuring alignment with strategic and organizational an iterative environment you will collaborate with Fidelity leaders to set strategic priorities based on customer needs and enable cross-functional squads to implement these priorities. You will support the teams in enhancing value through prioritization creativity innovation collaboration and decision-making. You will encourage strong product management skills along with tried iterative development and delivery. You will ensure a culture of accountability innovation and quality. The Team
The Money Movement Banking and Lending Product Area has end to end accountability for all money movement and banking and lending experiences for Fidelitys intermediary clients. The vision of the Product Area is to provide digital and intuitive industry-leading capabilities through a firms channel-of-choice. By prioritizing end-to end experiences you will deliver fully automated solutions across the IWMS lines of business. The team is committed to empowering investment professionals and their operational support teams with efficient intuitive and scalable workflows that drive growth and success. The Product Area is part of the Wealthscape Product and Technology Domain through Fidelitys Fund and Brokerage Operations Technology (FBOT) organization and works closely with business operations and technology centers of excellence business partners.
