Are you ready to elevate your career As a Key Account Manager at KONE youll be at the heart of developing strategic local customer relationships. Your mission is to maximize KONEs share of the customers business by identifying innovative solutions and creating processes that add exceptional value to both KONE and our clients.

Responsibilities and Key Activities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Lead the charge in managing local strategic accounts: As a Key Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. This involves understanding the customers business deeply anticipating their needs and ensuring that KONEs solutions align perfectly with their objectives.

  • Ensure precision in customer data and hierarchies: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data is crucial. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer information including hierarchies and contact details is meticulously recorded and managed.

  • Craft and execute detailed customer plans: Collaborate closely with unit management to develop comprehensive customer plans. These plans should outline strategies for engagement growth and retention ensuring that all activities are aligned with the customers goals and KONEs objectives.

  • Responsible of evaluating any commercial or operational risks or customer complaints related to the account and raising them with the Management team

Sales:

  • Create and seize opportunities: Work closely with account teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities within your customer base. This involves understanding the customers needs proposing relevant solutions and driving the sales process from initial contact to final agreement.

  • Share your insights and contacts: Leverage your knowledge and network to support other account team members in winning orders. Share valuable customer insights and contacts to enhance the teams overall effectiveness and success.

  • Develop compelling value propositions: Craft value propositions that clearly articulate the benefits of KONE solutions tailored to the customers specific needs. Highlight how KONEs products and services can solve their challenges and add value to their business.

  • monitoring compliance and optimizing contract performance to maximize profitability.

  • Drive profitability: Enhance the profitability of the customers business with KONE by implementing strategies outlined in the account plan. Focus on increasing revenue reducing costs and improving overall efficiency to achieve financial targets.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in account management or a related field

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • High level of computer literacy including experience with CRM software

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts
