- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization/dashboard creation using Tableau Power BI Google Data Studio or Alteryx
- Strong database skills including writing and optimizing SQL queries/scripts for data extraction and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage large complex datasets and automate analytics processes across multiple data sources
- Solid understanding of IT processes databases and controls reporting
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms and SEO/SEM tools
