What You Will Do
- Coordinate regular meetings with Marketing Events and Product Managers to align on upcoming activities and requirements.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Healthcare Professional (HCP) contract process ensuring timely compliant preparation and approval.
- Maintain proper contract storage and documentation practices in accordance with GDPR and internal policies.
- Ensure divisional and country alignment for all contract-related processes and requirements.
- Verify that all HCP/HCO contracts meet legal financial and compliance standards including MedTech Code.
- Coordinate faculty relations payments and required submissions in collaboration with marketing and events teams.
- Support travel arrangements for faculty (flights hotels registrations) together with events/logistics teams.
- Continuously review processes tools and policies to ensure compliance with updated regulations and support KPI reporting.
What You Need
Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 3 years in events management medical education or a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with MedTech Europe compliance.
- Experience with contract management systems or processes.
Travel Percentage: 10%
