We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Vendor Reporting Data Intern to join our Central Vendor Reporting Department. The selected candidate will support the Reporting team in managing the administration of multiple vendor reports for our vendor partners. This internship offers hands-on experience in business data analysis IT channel operations and vendor relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corrections for multiple European vendor reports on a daily basis (70%)

• Validate reported data regularly in collaboration with Vendor Reporting focal points (30%)

• Collaborate with vendor partners to resolve reporting-related queries

• Work closely with the receivables department to address any discrepancies

• Be part of a diverse and international team

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• No prior experience required

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP and Business Intelligence tools is a plus

• Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when needed

• Accuracy and efficiency in handling detailed information

• Effective communication skills in English

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

• Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and technologies
