About the Role
As the PCADS Manager you will lead the operations growth and development of the Pilbara/Kimberley Community Alcohol and Drug Service (PCADS).
Youll oversee service delivery across Karratha Newman and surrounding towns ensuring the service meets all contractual cultural and clinical requirements. Youll support a high-performing team drive quality improvement and work closely with the Regional Manager and key stakeholders to strengthen AOD responses across the region.
This is a leadership role with broad operational responsibility strategic input community engagement and hands-on management.

- Full-time 38 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Youll Need
- A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Social Work Psychology Health Education Social Science Youth Work Mental Health Nursing Occupational Therapy Allied Health or Behavioural/Social Sciences
OR extensive experience (59 years) in a related field - Strong cultural knowledge skills and networks
- Demonstrated experience managing operational systems in health or community services
- Experience leading teams including recruitment supervision performance management and team development
- Ability to plan allocate and manage resources to meet funding deliverables
- A proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across community government and service stakeholders
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced administrative and computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex or challenging situations
- Knowledge of quality improvement data systems risk management and policy implementation
