What Youll Do
- Develop and execute a territory plan and detailed business strategies to meet or exceed your sales goals and quotas.
- Manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking referrals and market research.
- Build strong trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate across teams to share market feedback and drive customer-centric improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree or 4 years of related professional experience.
- 24 years of proven success in sales preferably in solution-based or B2B environments.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skillsyou know how to connect and build rapport.
- Excellent organization multitasking and time management abilities.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.
- Resilience accountability and a drive to meet (and exceed) targets.
Additional Information :
The on the target earnings for this role are $119200 - $173900. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal addition to base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package performance-based incentives and opportunities for growth.
