Job Summary
We are seeking an Integration Expert / Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing large-scale integration solutions across enterprise systems. You will be responsible for defining integration strategies ensuring interoperability between AI telephony CRM ERP and cloud applications and maintaining architectural integrity. This role requires balancing business requirements with technical feasibility while ensuring scalability security and compliance across integration layers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee integration architectures connecting AI telephony and enterprise applications.
- Define standards for APIs microservices and middleware to ensure interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical solutions.
- Evaluate select and implement integration platforms (iPaaS ESB API gateways).
- Ensure security compliance and data governance across integration flows.
- Document integration blueprints workflows and reference architectures.
- Provide technical leadership during solution design PoCs and client implementations.
- Support performance optimization scalability planning and resilience testing of integrations.
- Guide teams on best practices in API design versioning and lifecycle management.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- 7 years of experience in system integration enterprise architecture or solution design.
- Strong knowledge of API frameworks (REST GraphQL) ESB and iPaaS platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and hybrid integration patterns.
- Familiarity with telephony/VoIP systems and CRM/ERP integrations.
- Proficiency in architectural modeling tools (ArchiMate UML TOGAF).
- Strong understanding of security compliance and data privacy standards.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
