The senior HR Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll activity governance and operations for the region of China & SEA which includes multiple locations and varies legal entities in Mainland China Hong Kong Singapore Malaysia Indonesia Thailand Vietnam and Australia in working with internal key stakeholders and external payroll vendors to ensure accurate high quality and compliant payroll result. Specifically this role will be responsible for
- Payroll structure set-up for different region/legal entities in working with external payroll vendors
- Be responsible for daily payroll operations which covers regular payment sales incentive benefits bonus allowance and other ad-hoc payments
- Serve as go-to-person for payroll related external interactions including but not limited to annual audit local tax bureau local tax department etc.
- Be part of APAC regional HR service group as payroll subject expert
- Drive continuous system and process excellence
Qualifications :
1. 5-8 years working experience in company payroll.
2. Excellent at excel function usages in payroll.
3. Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese both written and oral.
4. Good learning ability and could work under pressure.
5. SAP HR function users experience will be appreciated.
