Mission
Avesta is seeking an experiences Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. You will manage the full recruitment cycle build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including social media job boards and networking.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
