Mow Crew Lead / Snowplow Driver Columbus OH
ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services is a regional leader with over 20 years in commercial landscaping. We are hiring Seasonal Snowplow Drivers to support our winter operations.
Pay & Incentives:
- Base pay from $20/hr.
- Snow premiums: $2/hr. for shoveling PLUS 25% snow bonus paid @ the end of snow season

What Youll Do:
- Plow salt and/or shovel snow
- Mow commercial properties. Manage a crew. Drive truck and trailer. Oversee jobsite and scope of work.
- Maintain quality and safety in all work
- Communicate with dispatch during weather events
- Work on-call during winter storms (nights/weekends as needed)
What Were Looking For:
- Experience operating a plow truck
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Reliable work ethic and urgency
- Strong communication
- Detail oriented and adaptable
- Spanish bilingual skills valued
