What Youll Be Doing

  • Execute the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share.
  • Lead vendor pricing and profit strategy collaborating with Profit and Business Optimisation teams.
  • Drive sales across agreed vendor portfolios including new vendor identification and onboarding.
  • Support and develop divisional Assistant Category Managers and Business Development Executives.
  • Own full product and vendor lifecycle management ensuring system accuracy and contract compliance.
  • Build and maintain commercial and sales relationships with vendor and customer stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement commercial and operational process improvements.
  • Ensure ongoing use of CRM tools for business continuity.
  • Lead quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
